10 mins a day, closer to God.
If God says He will do something, He will; If He says He won't do something, He won't. In this verse, God promises to His people what He will and won’t do. Everything may fall away, but God’s love won’t. Mountains may crumble, and hills may disappear, but God’s love will remain as strong and sure as always. God’s love is unchanging and unshakable, so we can build our entire life on it. No matter what you do, God will never stop loving you or withhold His love. God will always give us peace. With God, everything is certain, and certainty brings peace. We are children of God, and nothing can change that. Peace doesn't mean living a perfect life free of struggles and storms. Peace is that calm and confidence in the storm, knowing that God will help us through. The peace from God is unshakable and will never fade. If you are facing a storm or having doubts about God's love, rely not on your feelings but on what you know. God loves you, and nothing can change that. No matter what you're going through, you can always find peace in God. What a comfort!
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unconditional love and mercy. I am at peace knowing that nothing can separate me from You. Even though the world will fail me, your unfailing love will never waver. Please remind me of this daily. Guard me from all the negativity in this world, Lord, and keep me close to You. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.
John 20:21
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
Psalm 23:2
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
Isaiah 57:21
There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.
Philippians 4:9
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
